I would encounter the same difficulties, perhaps even more highly acute, at different stations.

❙ Seamus MacDoughall & Sivain Gibbs will find that the pots and pans will have no hotspots to burn the food but it will cook evenly in them with only the typical cleanup needed for cast iron
